This is the most popular fuel injected (14CUX) Kingsley 'High Torque' engine. Machined to our specification with a displacement of 4552cc by our engineering partner and carefully assembled by our highly skilled engine builders to provide an engine that is super smooth and reliable with useful gains in power but enormous gains in torque.
This engine, like all of our high-torque units, is 'top-hat' lined, fully bench run-in and fully set-up with ported inlet/plenum, with modified heads with large inlet exhaust ports that are designed for Automatic cars but can be used with manual 5-speed cars.
Each engine is also supplied with it's Dyno report (attached). This is literally a totally complete ‘plug and play’ solution, which will produce circa 270bhp and 310 ft-lbs torques @ 3500rpm out of the crate.
The engines are supplied with modern, flow matched injectors which actually atomise the fuel, individually custom mapped fuel ECU (which you need to supply), including tuned for the country, climate and fuel quality to ensure maximum performance and efficiency which can be up to 45% better than standard.
We also highly recommend the Kingsley Tubular exhaust manifolds which when combined with our free-flowing stainless steel exhaust will unleash the full potential of your new engine.
The engine can be stamped with your engine number and is cosmetically identical to your original engine and can be supplied with a multi-belt or serpentine front cover.
Engines are supplied complete with plenum and linkages.
*Exchange terms: Kingsley will ship your Range Rover Classic 4.6 litre EFi engine upon receipt of your old unit (please note we cannot accept engines that have casing damage).
Please ensure your old engine is fully drained of oil before shipping to us. Kingsley Range Rover Classic refurbished engines carry a 12-month parts warranty.
2021 built engines have a 12-month unlimited mileage warranty which is automatically EXTENDED TO 3 YEARS if your car is serviced every 6000 miles or 12 months (whichever is soonest) by Kingsley.
